Ralph is a Senior Founding Partner of ASC Financial Group and is a well known Certified Senior Advisor and Financial Educator with over 25 years of professional financial insight. Over 5,000 participants, many retirees, have attended his workshops learning to preserve their assets, increase their income, and substantially reduce their income taxes.
Ralph was named advisor of the year in 2015. He also teaches a course to Retirees, "Rejuvenate Your Retirement" held at East Stroudsburg University and Northampton Community College. He was also the host of a weekly radio show titled " A Retirement Built to Last" heard every Sunday on 790am WAEB Allentown.
Ralph is involved in ministry and church related activities including missions and supporting missionaries through the world. Ralph is the father of 5 children and has 13 beautiful grandchildren. He resides with his wife Linda in their log cabin atop Alpine Mountain in the Pocono's of PA.

As a graduate of NCC with a degree in Business Management Josiah started his career as a Financial Consultant with a major bank. After joining the ASC Firm he quickly earned his Certified Senior Advisor Designation. Josiah is also one of the youngest practicing National Social Security Advisors in this country as well as an Investment Advisor Representative.
Josiah is responsible for Client Management with existing clients and to bring in new clients by hosting specific Social Security Seminars and teaches a college course for Pre Retirees. An avid sports fan (Go NY Giants!) Josiah coaches H.S. Basketball and Volleyball for his alma mater Faith Christian School in Roseto, PA. Josiah resides in the beautiful Pocono Mountains with his wife Sarah and four amazing children, Donovan, Abigail, Chloe, & Giovanni.
